Once an order is placed, is it possible to add or remove items?
Unfortunately that is not possible. You can place another order in the case of adding to your order. In the case of wanting to remove items, contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
Can an order be cancelled after it’s been submitted?
An order can be cancelled only prior to shipping. Once the order has been shipped it is no longer eligible to be cancelled. An email notifying the orders shipping status will be sent once the package ships out and orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of placing the order.Once an order is placed, is it possible to add or remove items?
I would like to order a Sold Out item, how soon will it be available?
Usually we restock our items within 2-4 weeks. In the event of Limited Edition/Seasonal pieces, they will not be restocked and will be labeled as such on the site.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately at this current time we do not ship outside of the United States and Canada. We are actively working to make that possible in the near future.
